Every business has its own locked suite
Each company's clients, requests, documents, and announcements are kept in a separate suite. Another business using this hub can never see yours, and you can never see theirs.
Clients see only their own matters
As a client, you see only your own requests, your own documents, your own appointments, and the announcements your provider shares with everyone. You never see another client's name or information.
Internal team matters stay backstage
Staff schedules, time clocks, intern assignments, partner finances, and internal debriefs live in the separate Business Hub. None of it is ever shown here.
Documents open through private, short-lived links
Files are stored privately. When you open one, the hub creates a link that only works for you and expires after a few minutes, so a forwarded link stops working.
Encrypted on the way and at rest
Everything you send travels over an encrypted connection, and stored information is encrypted on the servers that hold it.
Replies you can trust
Messages marked as a care-team reply can only come from verified team members of your provider — never from another client.
A note on health information. This hub is designed for confidential client communication. Detailed clinical records and protected health information remain in your provider's dedicated health-records system. If you are unsure whether to share something here, simply ask your care team first.
